Ozone Output Control
There are situations when it's better to have a no ozone, and times when it's necessary to have a significant amount -- for example when strong odors are present. Any ozone producing air purifier should give you
complete control over the ozone output.
When there are no odor problems, or if there are sensitive individuals in the area where the air purifier is operating, it's is generally preferable for the ozone to be either completely disabled, or produced in only trace amounts that won't be noticed.
The
XJ-3000C Air Purifier gives you the
range of control you need to tailor the right ozone output for each situation. The XJ-3000C allows you to
turn the ozone completely off without also disabling its other air purification functions.
If a strong odor presents itself, the ozone output can be adjusted to the
High setting, so that it runs continuously (at a fairly strong concentration), allowing it to effectively remove the odor.
Low and Medium settings are available when you want only moderate ozone in the air (for moderate odors perhaps).
Even if you never use the high setting, you'll want to use a lower setting occasionally in order to
sanitize the HEPA/activated carbon filters.
